House Rules – Casa dei Contadini

Welcome to Casa dei Contadini! 🌿

To make the stay as pleasant as possible for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

1. Arrival and Departure

 • Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (earlier or later by arrangement).

 • Check-out: between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM (flexible by arrangement).

2. Peace and Respect

 • We ask you to respect the peace on the grounds between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

 • Consider other guests and the environment.

3. Use of Accommodation

 • Smoking in the apartments is not permitted.

 • Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy. Guidelines are described in the brochure provided in the apartment.

4. Swimming Pool and Facilities

• The swimming pool is typically open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Do not use the pool when the cleaning robot is in operation. 

• Using the swimming pool and other facilities is at your own risk.

 • Children must always be supervised by an adult.

5. Pets

 • Dogs are only welcome after consultation during booking and a maximum of 2 per accommodation.

 • Outside the apartment, dogs should always be on a leash or kept under control.

 • Pets must not cause any disturbance and are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool.

 • Surcharge: €10 per dog per stay.

6. Visitors

 • It is not permitted to accommodate additional guests without prior consultation.

7. Liability

 • Casa dei Contadini is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

• Casa dei Contadini is also not liable for accidents, injuries, or damage during your stay

 • Any damage caused by the tenant, accompanying guests, or visitors will be charged.

8. Safety

 • Keep emergency exits and paths clear.

 • Open fires (such as campfires) are not permitted, barbecues only by arrangement and not during the high season (June/July/August) due to drought. 

9. Waste

 • We ask you to separate waste according to local guidelines (containers are indicated on the grounds).

10. Security Deposit

 • Upon arrival, you pay a cash security deposit of €100. Any damage will be deducted from this amount.
