House Rules – Casa dei Contadini


Welcome to Casa dei Contadini! 🌿


To make your stay as pleasant as possible for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:


1. Arrival and Departure


 • Checking in: from 15:00 to 22:00 (possibly earlier or later by agreement).


 • Checking out: between 07:00 and 10:00 (possibly at a different time by agreement).


2. Rest and Respect


 • We ask you to respect the peace on the premises from 23:00 to 07:00.


 • Please be considerate of other guests and the environment.


3. Use of Accommodation


 • Smoking in the apartments is not allowed.


 • Please leave the accommodation tidy and well-maintained. The guidelines are described in the brochure that can be found in the apartment.


4. Swimming Pool and Facilities


• The swimming pool is usually open from 9:00 to 19:00. The pool may not be used when the cleaning robot is at work. 


• Use of the swimming pool and other facilities is at your own risk.


 • Children must always be supervised by an adult.


5. Pets


 • Dogs are only welcome after prior agreement at booking and a maximum of 2 per accommodation.


 • Dogs should always or as much as possible be on a leash outside the apartment.


 • Pets may not cause any disturbance and absolutely must not enter the swimming pool.


 • Surcharge: € 10- per dog per stay.


6. Visits


 • It is not allowed to have extra guests without prior agreement.


7. Liability


 • Casa dei Contadini is not liable for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.


• Casa dei Contadini is also not liable for accidents, injuries or damage during your stay


 • Damage caused by the tenant, accompanying guests or visitors will be charged. Other provisions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.


8. Safety


 • Keep emergency exits and paths clear.


 • Open fires (such as campfires) are not allowed, barbecues only by agreement.


9. Waste


 • We ask you to sort your waste according to local guidelines (containers are indicated on the terrain).


10. Deposit


 • At arrival, you pay a € 100,- deposit in cash. Any damage will be settled with this amount.
