Cancellation conditions

Cancellation Policy – Casa dei Contadini

We're sorry if you have to cancel your stay with us. To avoid any misunderstandings, we apply the following conditions:

1. Free cancellation

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days after receipt of the deposit, provided that the arrival date is more than 6 weeks in the future.

2. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival

• In case of cancellation from 7 days after receipt of the deposit up to 6 weeks before the arrival date, you will pay 50% of the rental amount.

3. Cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival

• In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the arrival date, the full rental amount is due.

4. No refunds

• Refund of (part of) the rental amount is unfortunately not possible, not even in cases of illness, pandemic, family circumstances, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation insurance

• We always recommend that you take out cancellation insurance yourself to cover any risks.
